Slow-roast Lamb Shank Pasties
Easter is all about lamb and slow-roasted is it's best form, in my opinion. These pasties are stuffed full of meltingly tender lamb and soft sweet potato, and they are surprisingly easy to make. You can make your own flaky pastry if you like, or cheat a little bit and use premade.
